Power Up

March 1 - March 10

After 8 weeks of intense mental and physical demands, it’s time to power up, relax, and take a needed break. Power up is a 10-day recovery phase where clients continue to motivate and encourage each other while reflecting on their progress of the last 8 weeks, and preparing themselves, mentally, for the upcoming March Mania!
