Meet the Trainer

This journey of fitness and health started with desire to lose weight and to improve my overall health.I lived in an apartment with about 15 stairs to get to the living area. One day I found myself panting by the time I made it to the top. I knew I had to make a change.

I studied and researched weight loss and lost 25 lbs in 3 months! I was so proud of myself. I knew that my lifestyle would never be the same because I never looked back at being unhealthy and unfit. I wanted to inspire, motivate, encourage, and help other women achieve the same goals. And so, Curvy Girl Fitness was born.
